I do half upfront and half before completion.

I will begin working once you pay the first half.

I will only send a high-quality PNG after you pay the second half. Otherwise, I will only share a zoomed-out screenshot as proof of completed work.

I accept game currency, as long as the amount is equivalent to the real money.

My prices are written in USD. If you use a different currency, I can help with calculating that as well, but it'd be easier if you look it up through a currency converter.

I use Ko-Fi for payments. It doesn't have my services listed on there, so I will provide the link to my site in our messages.

Ko-Fi uses PayPal and Stripe. If you don't use either of those payment platforms, Stripe can accept Cash App if the linked card is a debit card.

Services displaying a minimum starting amount will be discussed extensively, and a clear price will be stated before we proceed.

You may not remove anything from your order if I have started working on the specific part you wish to change/remove.

You are allowed to add on to your order, even after the initial payment. However, I will stop my work until you pay the new difference.

You are allowed to come back with a previous order.

Meaning: If you order a sketch and come back later to have me clean it up and fully render it, you only need to pay the difference between the two services. This payment is still split in half.

No payment plans for standard orders. Can be discussed for commercial orders.

I will send you several screenshots displaying my process while the service is active. This applies to everything that is offered, including the sketches.

I allow as many adjustments as you'd like during the sketch stage, big or small. Once I am past that, I only allow minimal changes.

Unless you are commissioning me during the US school season, you can expect the work to be done within a week or two. If there are any complications on my end, I will make it a point to notify you.

If you commission me during school, the delivery time will vary. I am a busy student. However, I will once again stay on top of communicating with you and won't leave you hanging. I will have several projects to work on during the semesters, so bear with me.

Once again, you are allowed to use it freely as long as proper credit is given when appropriate. [Excludes commercial use if you did not pay for that.]

If you resell my designs, feel free to price them however, as long as it is equal to or below the price you bought them for.

If you're selling a character that has my art, you can also price them however, as long as you use the amount you paid, or less.
